  • Gain comprehensive guidance on writing effective, professional, and legally sound reports.

  • Get guidance on preparation and delivery of effective courtroom testimony.

  • Be introduced to child protection investigations through a multidisciplinary team (MDT) approach.

Description:

This training is intended for officers in small to medium-sized agencies to learn and discuss report writing, testifying, CHIPS investigations, law enforcement's role in child welfare and CSC investigations, and to get an update on use of force standards and potential Brady Legislation.

About the leader:

This training will be lead by Region 5 elected and appointed county attorneys.
